When did any size of data become “Big Data”?

When you can’t export to CSV and analyze it in Excel :rofl:

Interestingly, the more modern use of the term has very little to do with the actual size of the data - more to do with what you’re trying to get out of it.

I prefer the term administrative data (I.e. not designed for research).
