Newbie question 
Recently I bought the Neo 2T (sec hand and good deal) but it comes with the SRAM 12s rival cassette and XDR hub. But my bike is using Shimano ultaga 12s. Is there any parts I need to order ? Or I can free to use thank

That setup might work, but it’s not officially supported by SRAM/Shimano as far as I know.
You may need to swap out the SRAM freehub for a Shimano one.
