Sweetspot base II MV or LV + 2 endurance?

I’ve almost finished SSB I LV, now looking to SSB II but I see that it features a lot of threshold work and not so much sweet spot. Last year I really enjoyed progressing through the 1h sweetspot workouts, which are missing in SSB II MV. I have the time but I wonder which would be the most effective approach for increasing FTP and TiZ
