Hi, I have 4 weeks clear now before holidays etc so don’t want to start a full plan and wondered is there anyway I can pick a program just to improve sweet spot. Or do I have to manually select a workout each time and just up my level each one.

If you go to training plans then click “view phases” you can just select a block from there.
If you then click “base phases” and “general base” that will get you a pretty sweet spot heavy phase. The non-master’s version are generally 2 SS and 1 threshold per week. With the rest filled in w/ endurance or recovery depending on your volume.
