I have an issue where when I do rides, TR will associate with a ride, and that PL. Fine. When I then disassociate the ride, the PL sticks. Apparently this is a known issue, but I can’t believe I don’t hear more about it. Is there a way to avoid this that I’m missing?

It looks like Support already helped you out on this one, so I will leave their response here for anyone else running into this:
This is a known bug here. The better news is that it’s basically just a display bug, so that while your Progression Level will update due to the association, TrainerRoad’s AI will still be able to recommend workouts based on what you actually did in that outside ride, rather than what the associated workout suggests you did.
With that said, if you’d like to have your Progression Levels display the correct value, you could try the following:

Delete the outside activity from TrainerRoad

Ensure that there is no outside workout scheduled on October 25th

Download the outside activity from its original source - Strava/Garmin/Wahoo

Re-upload the original workout file to TrainerRoad
