Probably a simple question but when I record my kettlebell sessions on my Garmin. Both TR and Garmin don’t really track kb work since nothing is worked in isolation.
My question being; do I need to edit the strength entry in TR to indicate I worked my legs and arms? Or will RG/GL assume it sucked? Only prompted my a sweet spot workout today sucking even more than expected.
You’re scheduled to rest tomorrow and then have a short endurance ride on Thursday and one more hard workout on Friday. Do you think this is going to be achievable/sustainable?
If you feel that today’s workout should have been adapted based on your strength work yesterday, I’d consider adding sets if you could, as that might give the system more info to consider when adapting your plan moving forward.
KB work can vary significantly, so it does depend a bit on what you’re doing and, more importantly, how you’re feeling afterward.
It was more of a question/thought was I feeding in the correct information about my training. Which it sounds like I am. But all the models require good data to work, garbage in means garbage out.
Will carry on with the shortish kb sessions and let RL/GL do it’s thing.
