This is the perpetual issue with cycling. In my case I “solved” this by riding in the morning and lifting in the evening after dinner on my hard days. I don’t go very long, just 30-40min. It doesn’t seem to impact my sleep, so I guess it’s working for me? Still, time management is tough with a job and family and 7ish hours on the bike plus a couple more lifting every week.
