Straight outa bed?

Who gets out of bed and jumps straight on the trainer?

It looks like I will only have time for a quick shot of caffeine then start pedalling before going to work. usually I like to wake up a little and get mentally in the game so this will be new and looking for input also I will be starting traditional base mid volume so I’m guessing I won’t need to be intensely focused!?!
