Specialized Epic Brain service UK

I’m contemplating buying an Epic, as I can get a decent deal on one. I have scoured Google and can’t find out where I would send the brain shock to get serviced and how much it would cost in the UK. All the results turned up posts from years ago which don’t seem relevant anymore.

Does anyone have recent experience with this?
