This is a very small issue, and could actually be on the Garmin side, but I just noticed it today and wanted to mention it in case it’s an easy fix:
When a completed workout with a ‘+’ is synced to GarminConnect the ‘+’ appears to be dropped. My workout today was Bluebell +1, but shows in GC as Bluebell 1 (with 2 spaces between Bluebell and 1, so it seems like the + just isn’t translating into GC).
Workouts with a ‘-‘ show up correctly in GC.
