Thought I might take a stab at it just to change things up. Has anyone done it? How did you schedule it? Results? Right now I am adding a sprint after the second time I do each workout and doing a little endurance work after. Just curious if anyone has any experience with this.
I used sprint training to get back into the swing of things after a lay-off . Just added them in 1 or 2 times a week with endurance rides on the other days. Made SSB easier to execute
