Sprint Training After Hard Efforts

Hi All - I am looking for some advice on how to work in sprint training with the rest of the training I will be doing.

This Winter - I am going to be doing the normal four hard efforts a week, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday. However, I need to incorporate Sprint work into what I am doing too, and I am looking for some advice.

Listening to the pod, it seems like @chad would suggest doing them after the workouts on T, Th, Sat. I’m thinking incorporating Jumps or Stomps depending on the day as a 20-30 second all-out effort might be too much after a hard workout.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I need to keep increasing my sprint power to excel in the races I do.
