Most pads will show what they are compatible with. Resin will be quieter and modulate a bit better whereas metal will last longer. As for the different resin pads 
I guess I never knew there were multiple resin pads. Are you saying it shows different resin for one particular brake pad or are you saying there are multiple resin and metal pads and wondering which ones go with your calipers?
