Setting minimum power for warm up / cool down

Probable feature request but is there / could there be a way to set a minimum wattage for workouts?

After time off bike and away from training I am back on it but as when previously used TR the lowest wattages the software dictates offer no resistance at all.

I would like to set a minimum at top end Zone 1 or even higher.

I’d like to think there’s a reason that the warmups are prescribed as they are.

If you want to change it then you can adjust the intensity in ride

I’d need to bump intensity by +30%, not sure that is possible.

It has me doing ~80 watts most of the time which offers zero resistance in terms of feel and in cool downs getting as low as 63 watts. Both feel like I have forgotten to put the bike on the trainer.

Easiest way to customize the warm up and cool down is to switch the trainer to resistance mode during those times. Then the harder you pedal the more resistance you get. You can then switch back to erg mode for the workout itself or even do the whole workout in resistance mode. You can make the change from the trainer settings screen (the same place you do a calibration / spin down).
