Scratched Carbon Frame - Need Repair?

I upgraded to an all carbon bike recently. I dropped the chain in the back and ground the chain into the frame. I took the black paint off and also scratched some of the carbon fiber.

Questions: Does this need to be repaired?
If so, should this be repaired before riding again?

Looks pretty cosmetic but not the best angle…take a pic more from the side so we can see the depth of the scratch.
