Saddle pain and shims

I’ve been having several months of right sided ishicial tuberosity pain on my XC bikes and indoor bike. Several bike fits, saddles, seat up/down etc, I finally saw a PT and they told me I have a 1.4 cm right SLLD. He recommended to start with a 3mm shim on the right and I’ve started a rehab program with them (ASTYM, needling, strength program). In some ways the right sided pain has subsided but now I’m having more pain on the left side in the area of ischial tuberosity/adductor attachment. Could this be due to the shim? Also my left upper extremity is still weak after breaking my wrsit in September. Wondering if this is contributing? Thanks.
