Is there a way to retroactively assign relative effort to past running workouts without doing it one by one?
I ask because, for the most part, my TSS is accurate, but I’ve spent the past two years splitting time between running and cycling. As a result, the TSS data for that period isn’t fully accurate. I’m new to the program and the software, and so far I love it. I’ve been manually entering relative effort for the last month, but doing this for the past two years would be quite a chore.
