Running TSS (NEW USER)

Is there a way to retroactively assign relative effort to past running workouts without doing it one by one?

I ask because, for the most part, my TSS is accurate, but I’ve spent the past two years splitting time between running and cycling. As a result, the TSS data for that period isn’t fully accurate. I’m new to the program and the software, and so far I love it. I’ve been manually entering relative effort for the last month, but doing this for the past two years would be quite a chore.

No. You’d need to contact support about that.

It will be, although probably won’t take an hour.

I would just check what your ‘why?’ Is before setting off on that route. What’s the value you’re expecting from adding all the TSS info?

And, have your runs all synched from another platform, including heart rate data?

Consistency in the historic Training Stress chart on this platform. Yes, synched through Strava with HR data.
