So RLGL is here. How does weight training fit in? When I enter a weight session it gives me the option to put in a TSS. Today is leg day. I have no idea how to estimate that. Any suggestions?

I use Training Peaks and a smart watch and it gives me an estimate in Training Peaks. I use that.
It’s not perfect but as long as I use the same consistent measurement device I am at least keeping the variables constant.

It doesn’t. Don’t put in TSS for anything that is not cycling.
