I like to mix up recovery rides by doing heavily reduced workouts (e.g. do a threshold, but drop it to 50%), just for something different.
The problem is this then impacts my progression levels. Is there a way to ignore/exclude progression level impact from completed rides?
No, there is no way to do this as a user at this time.
TR Support might be able to help, but I am not sure.

Why not just use workout filters to find an endurance workout with that profile and target power instead or reducing a Threshold workout? Do you prefer the on/off interval nature of the threshold workouts?
