In my new low volume training plan, the lower intensity weeks are very low. They are all very easy 45 min rides. Last offseason when I did a similar plan these weeks were 15 mins longer each ride and higher intensity endurance. What’s the reason for the change? I did do a rolling road plan last time and climbing this time but doubt that’s the difference.
