Recommendations for a good, short warm up workout ahead of Zwift race

Hi, I’m getting into Zwift racing a bit and looking for recommendations for a good workout to warm up as best as possible before the race starts. Can be a TrainerRoad or a Zwift workout. I notice that the TR warm ups to workouts are often harder and shorter than something I would choose myself, but work pretty well.
