Rebuilding my plan for 2021 with plan builder

Due to the current global health crisis and my races being shifted to 2021, I want to completely rebuild my plan, I’m currently in the mid base build phase

I want to shift to spend the rest of the year really focusing on my cycling, however, I don’t want to let the swimming and running slip (particularly the running) I would also like to get faster at running

How would you approach re-building the plan using plan builder?
