I am unsure what to do. I used the plan builder in December and had been following it faithfully up until 2 weeks ago. Since then I have went off the rails big style. My “A” race which was scheduled for end of April is likely to be cancelled because of corona virus, so I don’t really have anything to train for in the short term.
So my question is, if you were in my shoes, would you try to get back on track with the current plan, or rebase and aim for my next “A” race in September
