Thought about this in my workout this morning, I can’t be the first to think it up:
When will we get race-simulation workouts, with “hidden” intervals? For example, you know you committed to a 45-minute crit workout but do not see the intervals in advance, as in a race. Unpredictable attacks, recovery, solo breakaways, covering, finishing sprints, all could be integrated.
What say you, TR?
