Does the training approach slider have anything to do with the recommendations that adaptive training makes? If I set it to Aggressive will the recommended workout levels be much higher than my current progression levels?
Does Training Approach have any impact on TrainNow recommendations or is it all PL driven? In my case, Climbing recommendation aligns with my PL, Attacking is WAY above (7.5 vs 1.0 PL) and Endurance is under (1.3 vs 4.8 PL).
Just trying to make sense of it. Thanks.
