Describe the criteria for the responses right on the post ride survey. There’s plenty of room. I did maybe 20 workouts more or less winging the responses until I saw in one thread that there were established criteria for the answers. These are:
How to Rate Your Effort
Easy
This ride felt easy and non-taxing, requiring little effort or focus. You could repeat the ride and pass it without issue.
Moderate
This ride was somewhat comfortable but required some focus to complete. You felt a little challenged but had confidence that you could finish. If the ride had an additional set of intervals, you could complete it.
Hard
This ride required effort and focus and was challenging to complete. This will feel tough and you’ll look forward to this ride ending. If there was an additional interval, you could have done it with some focus.
Very Hard
This ride was very difficult to complete. This ride tested you. If there would have been one more interval, you wouldn’t have been able to do it.
All Out
This ride was extremely difficult. It pushed me well beyond my abilities and took a massive amount of energy and focus to complete. You’ll feel like you barely made it to the end of this ride, and that you had to pull out every mental trick in the book to finish.
There is no question mark help on the TR PC app that I use when the survey questions pop up at the end of a workout. At least I haven’t found it. In any case, IMO, there’s no point labeling the 5 choices with subjective 1. Easy, 2. Moderate, 3. Hard, etc. and having to remember or reference what those mean when they could list the more objective criteria. e.g. :
Non taxing requiring little effort or focus.
Confident you could finish and do additional sets.
Challenging but you could have done an additional interval.
I’m pretty sure there used to be a question mark/tool tip thing for the normal survey but it seems to have disappeared. I’ve used it a couple of times in past.
Nope. There was definitely no means of displaying the post workout survey criteria when I finished my workout today on the Windows app. IDK if it’s there iOS or Android, but it’s not in the Windows app.
