Afternoon all, this is the first time I’ve ever seen progression levels drop outside of a FTP bump. It was noted that my endurance level was reduced for having not done any prrogressive endurance workouts in 2 weeks… I’m currently in a base block, is this typical?
- Yes, just as the note says, TR will lower PL’s for any zone that lacks a Productive level workout in that zone over a 2 week period.

Why did my Progression Levels change?
Your capabilities decline when you take time off the bike or don’t train specific skills for extended periods. To reflect this, your Progression Levels gradually adjust after time off, or after long periods without completed workouts in any individual training zone. The magnitude of these time-related adjustments varies from Level-to-Level because changes in different types of fitness occur at different rates.

I can see that you took 8 days off of the bike the week prior to last week. Following that, the Endurance Workotus you did last week were not at the productive level.
Not to worry though, your Progression Levels are there to ensure you’re progressing at a rate appropriate to your current fitness.
