Power Test - 12sec and 1 minute

Hi all,

Planning to do the Power test in the near future to get some benchmarks.
I have the Wahoo KickR, how should i do this workout? ERG, resistance or virtual power?

Resistance so you’re the one in charge of the power

level/standard mode is better than resistance IMHO. In TR you need to be connected via Bluetooth to use level/standard mode.
