Hello. Sorry been away for long, lots of life changes.
@lokerola I don’t do keto diligently anymore from a while, but my main meals are always keto-ish. After losing the carb habit, I notice much more the effects of eating carbs again. So now I just naturally avoid pasta, rice, bread, fruits
(as certain veggies have all the vitamins you need)… but I do “cheat” almost constantly.
The body responds quite well.. I remember years ago I would re-gain weight almost immediately. Now it is much harder (higher metabolism probably?), and perhaps the body is very used to keto, so it is also very quick and relatively easy to maintain quite ripped shape all year long.. while indulging quite a lot in whatever I want outside of meals.
