Post Season Blues

Season is over. Races done. Structured plan complete. Objectives (mostly) accomplished. Tired legs. It’s getting cold out. Feel like eating more not less.

Is it like this every year?

Yes.

Take a week off. At least. Eat all the things while you reflect on a great season. Think about what a great 2023 looks like for you. Maybe ease back in when you’re ready and build a big base. That gives you all the options for whatever you decide comes next!
