I have been trying for a while Athletica ai and they claim that it’s AI coach applies semantics analysis to the activity debrief to assess the recovery status and modify the plan accordingly. I don’t know up to what point that’s actually accurate but it is a good idea to give additional value to the optional TR activity Notes if TR would decide to implement it
I got a couple of choice things to say to TR AI that it can semantically analyze
I have wondered the same thing, Strava does something similar in the App, its often dumb and not very helpful… wish it had actual coach based feedback style… the other day I did 6x 2.5’ vo2max intervals and it wanted to talk about my “significant time in zone1…” "oh you hit a high power today in 15sec bursts of over 450w… " … when it could have mentioned “good time spent in 2.5’minute intervals averaging 400w without considerable variation from first to last…” etc!
but did highlight my comments about vo2max and allergies not a good combo, noting “high heart rates even considering your allergy complications…” LOL
Would have to be a bit cautious in the ride descriptions though on TrainerRoad… lol
There’s a newer AI app I’ve been playing with that analyzes my intervals.icu data and it does this sort of thing. It’s often very positive about my workouts but gives me some useful info like pointing out some cardiac drift or how much I jumped into different zones.
It will throw some guidance out about resting after the workout. Some post nutrition guidance as well.
The app has a nice dashboard that gives you some analysis based on your training, sleep, hrv, ramp rate, etc. it’s sort of a good summary.
