PMA and Strength work


After Build Sustained Power LV, i have move my FTP from 185 to 225 in 2 months :slight_smile:

Tho considering covid 19, i’m startin SSP MV2,

Do you have any idea how i could include Strengh (low rpm) and maybe VO2 max (PMA more than the 120% FTP workout) ?

And also how to add some interval training in running ?
