If I’m not mistaken, there’s currently no way to skip to the next interval block during a workout by pressing a button. Instead it seems that the only way to “manipulate” a workout is by dragging your position within the workout with your finger, which is insanely iffy and super inaccurate.
Could we please have a button “skip to the next interval”? It seems like such an obvious and easy to implement feature that I’m not sure why it’s not in the app yet (maybe there is and I’m simply not able to find it?). It could be in the same area where the +/- power controls are currently, just to name one option.
There’s plenty of options how and where it could be included, but making intervals only skippable by dragging the position marker around in the workout is just crazy, especially while doing something like 30/30s.
Oddly enough, there is a shortcut for this when using TR in Zwift. So there is a “skip to next interval” command internally, just needs to be presented to the user.
I hate that button with a passion. Clicked it by accident a few times already, messing up the workout. And there’s no „back to last interval“ option, so the only way to fix it is to start all over again or hope to fix it by continued riding somehow.
Would be nice if TR at least also adds an option to return, if the button to move forward is added.
In general, I’d much rather have a „add another block“ button, enabling the extension of a workout by another full set of intervals - for those days where you really want to suffer and have the capacity to do so
The Account settings page is available, so you see the Early access items properly. There is no way to create or join such a workout from a mobile device at the moment, at least as far as I know.
