Plan Builder options for work:rest ratio

As an older athlete I’ve found i need more rest such as a 2:1 training to recovery week plan.

We appreciate your recovery needs will change with age, so this is something we have plans to include in the future. We don’t have an ETA for this at the moment, but it is on the roadmap! Thanks for your patience :+1:.
