Plan builder for LOTOJA 2020

I am wondering if anyone here has used or will use Plan Builder to map out training for LOTOJA 2020? I applied to get in LOTOJA this year for the first time and am trying to figure out how to structure my training in the hopes that I get in. (I’m pretty optimistic the pandemic won’t affect events that late in the year). The race’s website has training tips but I wonder how much I can use TR’s workouts to get ready for a 200-mile race. Any thoughts and advice would be helpful!!

LOTOJA is 200 miles long with lots of climbing. So this is Sweet Spot Base, Sustained Power Build and Century Speciality all day long.

Just use the plan builder and work back from your date of Sep 12.
