I am wondering if anyone here has used or will use Plan Builder to map out training for LOTOJA 2020? I applied to get in LOTOJA this year for the first time and am trying to figure out how to structure my training in the hopes that I get in. (I’m pretty optimistic the pandemic won’t affect events that late in the year). The race’s website has training tips but I wonder how much I can use TR’s workouts to get ready for a 200-mile race. Any thoughts and advice would be helpful!!
