Peaked too soon?

HI All,

I’m racing Weymouth 70.3 ( my first HIM) in just over two weeks however for the past few days I have been in bits. Up until last weekend I felt unstoppable, hitting workouts an running well. However for the past few days i’ve had heavy legs, struggled hitting watts and no ability to run.

I took a few days off to rest and have tried to sleep more in the hope that it was just fatigue however it hasn’t shifted. I am moving swiftly towards my taper and want to perform at the race.

Anyone have any tips to get me through?
