For those who do outside + inside workouts.
Do you do a separate outside ftp test to determine your ftp for outside?
I’m doing my outside workouts on a mountain bike with a cinch power meter, on pavement.
The workouts are EXTREMELY easy at the same ftp that makes for very hard workouts indoors.
Is there a certain number I should try to bump up my outside workouts, or should I do a separate ftp test outside?
