Me like a lot of others im sure, where the Ramp test doesn’t suit them for whatever reason. would it not be a good idea to have the option of choosing which test pre populates into your plan as opposed to the Ramp test by default.
not a major problem but i always find it tedious to delete the Ramp and load the 20min test in its place.

Do you find that doing an 8 or 20min test affects the progression of the plans (ie building stress over 3 weeks then 1 recovery week)?
I imagine a 20min test is a much bigger stress than a ramp test. I’m not sure I could face that every 4 weeks but that’s probably just me.

As i said not a major issue, but it would be nice to have the option.

I do like the idea and see it as another worthwhile option that should be available to users while using the Plan Builder.

So what percentage of users use the 20 min test and how many use the ramp?
If so, don’t forget to include Lamarck!
