Linkin Park “A Thousand Suns” is almost 45 minutes long as a single track. So, seems like a good one song only choice.

The decline - nofx

Shakedown by Bob Seger.

Brings back the 80s vibe plus its a great BPM for high cadence or hard workouts!

Run This Town - Jay-Z

Pay Your Enemy - Story of the Year

Would this be cheating?

Take Me by Sirona. Great for Tempo

Or

Redlight by Swedish House Mafia.

How about Reef ‘Naked’ that finishes with a good shout chorus of I’m going to blow you away!

I think AC/DC is a bit too slow for cadence, unless I could up the speed.

Diesel by the Chemical Brothers was good for a tempo interval if I recall correctly?

I liked Missing by Everything but the Girl when it got remixed into an 8 minute epic by Chris and James. Totally different to the original song.

But this thread has given me plenty of suggestions to listen to, thanks :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

DIRKSCHNEIDER & THE OLD GANG - Every Heart Is Burning

Macky Gee, Black Widow. It’s trash, but it’s got me through a few last intervals!

The Next Sh*t, Pharoahe Monch

Eastern Wind, from the Ace Combat 7 videogame soundtrack. When the orchestra ramps up in the 2nd half it can get me through any VO2 interval when I feel like quitting cycling.

Analog guy in a digital world.

I found someone who’d made a one hour looping version that sometimes gets played when I’m on the trainer.
