I have a V02 workout coming up in my calendar which is labelled ‘not recommended’. I have no pending changes to my training plan. Is this a mistake? Last week I failed to get through a similar workout that had 4 min intervals and this week has 5 min at the same power. Should TR have dialled it down for me or should I manually choose an easier workout?
