I’d like to do a harder work tomorrow. But I’m only being shown not recommended workouts, surly there must be workouts in the system that I can do?
Or remove the red warning and let us make up our own mind?

The warning doesn’t prevent you from loading and doing the workout. You can in fact still make up your own mind.
If you’re being given a 2.5 level though and a 3 is saying not recommended then there’s basically two situations. You’ve not given the system enough history/data to properly judge what you can do. Which again in this case ignore and prove it wrong. Or it is in fact not recommended.
Ok there’s a third it’s a red day and you haven’t mentioned that. And/or you have a workout for today you haven’t done yet and it’s suggesting this based on assumed data it will receive between now and then.
As much as everyone wants to say it’s not, time is an input in the AI calculations.
I have seen some fairly limited options in mine as well. Typically things that are in the similar… where they are VERY not similar. Like a plan of doing a vo2 level 4.0…. but then all of the similar are vo2 2.0-3.0. Or if you say ‘harder’ they are all 1.5hrs instead of 1hr, really there are nothing harder that is 1hr? Etc. Knowing there are 16,734 different workouts…. find it VERY hard to believe. Would be nice to have shuffle/refresh option. lol
In my case I have just used the increase power bias to up the percent to higher in zones or add a ton of % at the start of overly long recoveries (to add 30-60sec at sweetspot maybe after a Threshold or vo2 interval).
Agree that the harder/easier/etc suggestions sometimes seem to be missing exactly what I’m looking for. You can always browse the workout library and drop in a specific workout, if you’re not seeing what you need.
I’d love to be able to scroll through all of the relevant workouts, sorted by predicted RPE for example.
