Hello!
Been using TR for a few years now and always wondered, but never asked until now: Why don’t the custom plans (or regular plans) for road racing ever include Sprint training? I understand that some riders just add it in random workouts on their own, but I mean it would seem that Sprints still contribute to RR success and if we are kind of looking for the wholesome experience of a coach I’m not sure I should just sprint during Endurance rides without any particular guide lines or system. Can anyone explain why aren’t we seeing sprints incorporated into normal training plans?
