New Yellow Days - Triathlon

I was just updated to the new AI model and there’s a change that has me a bit confused.

In the past, on a Yellow Day (Run), TR would “recommend” an adaptation which I would accept or reject Now, my Yellow Days (I think they are all run days?) merely say “Yellow Day - Recovery Recommended” but there is no recommended adaptation, just shows my originally planned workout

Am I supposed to make up any recovery workout I want without recommendation or direction?

I would like to know this too. As if I make something up I may do too much and then potential mess up next workout recommended. Hopefully this feature will come back soon.

I think you’re supposed to do the workout that’s prescribed. The yellow light is basically warning you “don’t do more than this.”

I’m pretty sure that isn’t true as my next yellow day is a 1:15 run which would be the longest ever prescribed for this year. Hardly “recovery”

Right now, runs and swims don’t adapt with Fatigue Detection. We’re working on that!

Are you still working on this, or will it never happen? Can you give any advice for workarounds? Is it best to delete the original run (usually an interval session or la ong run) and manually add a randomly made up recovery run?
