There is lots of great discussion about food across the forums, but a lot of it seems too complex, at least for my 90kg system and enthusiast self-classification.
I thought I would share my favorite guide to nutrition:
It’s from another training site (but freely available) and gives a lot of good information on how to fuel in general and for difficult training. There are tables of proteins and carb amounts in servings of different foods, and some general meal plans based on hard training which you can adapt to your own training load.
