MacBook Problems

After updating to the latest version, I’m now no longer able to login using a MackBook. First, it required the keychain password, so I opened a case with support, they provided the fix and now Apple requires the TR app be downloaded from the App Store, which it’s not. I’ve been waiting for two days on a fix from support, anyone have similar issue or have a solution for using TR on a MacBook?

This sounds like you have to go into your security settings and click “open anyway”

I had this issue with the latest update also. I turned off keychain in iCloud and deleted all TR keychain passwords. Restarted the computer, opened TR app and was able to login using my username and password. No problems since. I have kept keychain turned off and the TR app logins me in everytime, I don’t have to re-enter my username and password.
