Looking for nutrition app

I’d really love to find an app that helps me determine how much I should fuel before/after a workout. One that syncs with TR would be ideal, but I haven’t found any like that yet.

I know there’s Macrofactor, FuelIn, and so many others. What all are you folks using?

30 minutes is .5 hours, 75 minutes is 1.25 hours, etc.

I wish you could get past the paywall, to at least look around and test it some. 120 is a lot to just plunk down without really knowing the platform

They have a Youtube channel with videos demonstrating how the app works.

Contact them and ask for a free test period, maybe they want to help.

I am using it in the third year, and it’s working well for me. YMMV.

Why do you need an app for this? I train in the morning, know how many calories 1st breakfast and 2nd breakfast are, approximately how many kj my ride will be, so the variables are how much sugar on the bike and whether I need a snack before lunch so that I’m not at a net negative for the day by noon. What more could an app do?
