Have been struggling with some knee issues. Do Speedplay allow you to position the cleat position further towards the heal compared to a Look fit on the same shoe. I’m think a small adjustment in this direction might take some load off the front of my knee.

That’s what got me into Speedplay 10+ years ago. But my older self would also tie in a bike fit (I just did both FWIW).
Just get this and keep the looks
