Covid 19 attic conversion. Just need a laptop table any suggestions?
The lifeline clone of the wahoo desk.
Would you be willing to share the plans you used to make your rocker plate?
I didn’t have plans that I particularly followed but got ideas from Chad Mcnese’s Facebook group “Rocker Plates”. I just used a PVC pipe I had laying around as my pivot point and attached the top plate to it with a few screws. Started with tennis balls for a couple minutes but then stole some of my kids fischer price basketballs for adjustment If you need me to share the drawing/measurements of the actually plate, let me know and I can send it to you. Here is a couple pictures:
Thanks for sharing! Seems like a simple but great design. The drawing/measurements of the plate would be much appreciated. Thanks again!
Worse case it will make a good juicer
Here is what I use for my laptop, IPad and Phone:

Better fans.
Thanks, have a Cleva Vacmaster as well as the desk fan. Also live in Scotland so don’t need much cooling for most of year.
That looks clean !
No fan though ?
I believe I see a yellow lasso right in front of his front wheel under the desk
Whereabouts in Scotland are you? I’m sitting tight in Edinburgh
Yes, Lasko under Wahoo desk. Very Canadian set up as have been relegated to kids old hockey room while everyone takes over the home gym. Yeti cooler off to the side for post ride beverage.
Gravel bike waiting in the wings for events…
I like the coffin. Could come in handy on Lamarck workout days.
Upped my fan game this week…added the two fans on the side in addition Lasko pedestal fan I always used.
Full set-up…my pain cave is almost literally a cave.
Just a little to the north, outside Kinross. Roads round here are pretty quite, but mostly sticking with the trainer.
Very cool setup, but tv needs to be lower, gotta have it so it’s like looking down the road.
Good to see a few other Scottish fellows on here. @Cwatt loving the converted attic, would love to do this too, and possibly will if funds allow, good luck in the search for a table. A good alternative is a music stand, depends on what it has to hold though and super cheap.
