Leg imbalance - whats the cure?

The physio I’ve seen has said that, unsurprisingly, my quads are very strong but it appears the smaller ones which stabilise the knee aren’t doing anything on my left knee. My hypothesis is that for some reason my quads in my left leg have got stronger to compensate for the lack of muscles around the knee and hence it is stronger. Why? I’ve absolutely no idea.

I agree but still find it interesting. ( I’ve not got that much to be interested in during the current lockdown)

trouble. I have a pair of Duos but I’m a wahoo user. The cycling dynamics are there but I’d like a clearer picture. Are there any other apps that do what the garmin cycling dynamics does?

Can I ask which bike fitter you saw please?
