The app sees devices, but it does not pair. I’ve cleared cash, reinstalled, and given all the permissions again etc. This behavior started after this latest patch.

Sorry to hear about the trouble – I just passed this info along to our dev team so we can investigate.
Another troubleshooting step that comes to mind: if you go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings, can you see if any of your devices are connected there (i.e., to your phone, not the TR app).
If so, go ahead and try disconnecting them from that Bluetooth settings page, then see if you can pair them to the TR app.
